About Paul Bommer
Paul Bommer is a graduate of the National College of Art & Design in Dublin. Originally from London, He now works from his studio in Aylsham, Norfolk. Paul's work is informed by an irreverent humour, a love of character and history with a rich sense of time and place, captured with a deft line.
Working until quite recently in the East End of London Paul has now relocated to the wilds of the north Norfolk coast, seeking space and new inspiration in Cromer and North Norfolk’s rich cultural and architectural history. His recent limited-edition screen prints celebrate North Norfolk’s heritage and tradition with both humour and a heartfelt affection.
Paul has been commissioned by a wide variety of clients including The City of London’s Guildhall, The Guardian, Eye magazine, Wired magazine, The Poetry Society, Sainsbury's, Greene King to name but a few!
