About Richard Dack
Richard has been a well-known figure in the East Anglian art scene for many years and is a member of the Royal Society of Marine Artists. Having grown up in Lowestoft then travelled the world extensively, the maritime environment has been a constant theme in his beautifully crafted paintings over the years. He loves to paint the estuaries and coastline of North Norfolk and is especially fond of the big skies and delicate light so characteristic of East Anglia.
The Royal Society of Marine Artists as awarded Richard the 2023 BAE Systems prize for work related to the Ship Building industry.
